Reframe from FTE-first to a general test station: balanced tables of the three reusable actions + five dashboards, a repo-layout table, and a per-module docs index. Keep the APPS links and the project board. FTE-specific seed / PI-loop / reset detail is delegated to docs/FTE_SEED.md.
