Rephrase the descriptive prose in tools/codegen/inherited/INHERITANCE_MAP.md to state what the code is rather than narrate how it came to be: drop the past-tense derivations, the chronology of the Tcell reading, and the verification asides, so the document reads in the present tense throughout. Content and citations are unchanged.
