• Added a helper that plans, records, and verifies onboarding while leaving automation creation to the Codex automation API.
• Added isolated helper tests and four synthetic onboarding evals.
• Updated .evozeus-wrapper/CHANGELOG.md for the planned v0.4.0 release.
