Scope

  • retain the strict Heston batch speedup guard on POSIX runners
  • use a bounded 1.50x regression guard on Windows, where process scheduling produced a provider-only wall-clock outlier
  • leave pricing code, portfolio APIs, and artifact-bound benchmark claims unchanged

Verification

  • full installed-wheel contract passed locally
  • focused concurrency evaluator passed 20/20 repeated local replays
  • remote branch tree exactly matches the locally verified tree

This is the bounded correction for the Windows CPython 3.11 x64 wheel failure in run 29455722612.

Retain the strict POSIX speedup check while using a bounded regression guard for noisier Windows process scheduling. Pricing code and artifact-bound benchmark claims are unchanged.
