Closing: TypeScript 7.0 is the native compiler rewrite and our toolchain doesn't support it yet. typescript-eslint 8 crashes under TS 7 (Cannot read properties of undefined reading 'Cjs'), so lint fails. This will be a deliberate migration once the ecosystem catches up. Added an ignore rule for typescript majors in #203 so it stops reappearing.
