This is work to upgrade the JDK and Netbeans used for the workstation.
JDK upgraded to 21
Netbeans upgraded to RELEASE300
JAX-WS replaced with Jakarta
DarculaLAF replaced with FlatLaf Dark
JAI codecs replaced with ImageIO/TwelveMonkeys
Jogl213 and Jogl224 consolidated to use Jogl260
the packaging replaced with jpackage-maven-plugin
This is still work in progress and it will have to be coordinated with upgrading the model, JACS and JADE
