🚀 Installation

From Chrome Web Store (Recommended)

1. Visit the Chrome Web Store page (coming soon)
2. Click "Add to Chrome"
3. Start copying!

Manual Installation (Developer Mode)

1. Download or clone this repository
2. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/
3. Enable "Developer mode"
4. Click "Load unpacked"
5. Select the ClipStash folder

🎮 How to Use

1. Copy anything - Text is automatically saved
2. Open ClipStash - Click the icon or press Alt+V
3. Click to copy - Click any clip to copy it again
4. Search - Type to filter your history
5. Pin - Click 📌 to keep important clips at top

🛡️ Privacy & Security

ClipStash:

• Stores everything locally on your device
• Does NOT sync to any cloud service
• Does NOT send data anywhere
• Does NOT require an account
• Works completely offline

⚠️ Security Note

Clipboard may contain sensitive data (passwords, API keys, etc.)

ClipStash automatically disables capture on sensitive sites:

• Banking sites (Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc.)
• Password managers (1Password, Bitwarden, LastPass, etc.)
• Login pages (Google, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
• Payment sites (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)

For maximum security:

• Review your clipboard history periodically
• Delete sensitive clips after use
• Consider clearing history before sharing your computer
