Description

This PR adds the ability to use multiple URLs to access the server from both the host and client processes. This allows the server to sit behind different URLs when on a VPN or a LAN.

This is mostly needed so tests will pass that need to exercise other
functionality, but it will also be important if used in a non-PTY context
