Adds a project-level Claude Code / Agent Skill (.claude/skills/) that teaches agents to organize folders and projects as OKF bundles: required frontmatter, reserved index.md/log.md structure, cross-link conventions, a conformance checklist, and a pointer to the bundled visualizer. Distilled from okf/SPEC.md v0.1 and validated against agent-produced bundles. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Adds a project-level Agent Skill at
.claude/skills/organizing-with-okf/that teaches coding agents (Claude Code and other harnesses that read the Agent Skills format) how to organize folders and projects as OKF bundles. The skill distills the essentials of
okf/SPEC.mdv0.1 into an actionable reference:type, recommended fields)index.md/log.mdstructure and link-resolution conventions# Citationsreference_agent visualize)Why
OKF's README positions the format as producible and consumable by any agent. Shipping a skill in the repo makes that concrete: anyone who clones the repo and works in it with a skill-aware agent gets an agent that produces conformant bundles out of the box — the repo dogfoods its own format at the production end.
Validation
The skill was developed test-first with subagents: a baseline agent without the skill invented non-conformant conventions (frontmatter in
index.md,log/updates.md, inventedid/status/linkskeys — now the Common Mistakes table); with the skill, two independent scenarios produced bundles passing every conformance check in SPEC.md §9, without needing to open the spec. Referenced paths (okf/SPEC.md,okf/README.md) verified to resolve from the repo root.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
