- Fix DESCRIPTION: shorten/proofread Title and Description, lower Depends to the R version actually required, add Genentech, Inc. as copyright holder, add Language field. - Remove inst/Presentation/ (unlicensed slide images not used by the package) and tracked .DS_Store files. - Add @return/@examples to all exported functions; fix two examples that referenced undefined variables inside \dontrun{}; add runnable examples to the defunct legacy_* functions. - Guard scm()'s use of the Suggests-only ECOSolveR solver with requireNamespace(), with a matching test skip. - Remove a stale @importMethodsFrom(CVXR, solve) tag that no longer matches current CVXR. - Fix real typos that had been added to inst/WORDLIST instead of corrected, and stale URLs/email/citation in package docs. - Fix 3 lintr warnings (& -> && in scalar if() conditions). - Add cran-comments.md and ignore built package tarballs.
