Updates the hotel image references used by the ListsOverview demo across all supported frameworks in apps/demos, aligning the demo data with the updated hotels image set.

FileNameentries to point to the new/updated hotel demo images across Vue, React (TS), React (JS), jQuery, and Angular implementations. - Fixed an incorrect image extension typo (
Restaurant-21.jpgng→Restaurant-21.jpg) in all affected data sources.
