Hot Fix Release

Introducing version 5.0.1, with no major or minor changes but bug fixes.

Here's a brief list:

• Fixed xxHash3 variants not getting detected by the universal factory; this was due to a missing attribute from the internal implementation.
• Refactored HashValue helper methods to correctly convert hash values to their desired outputs. The function comments have been rewritten as well.
• Fix packaging for .NET 8 and .NET Standard 2.0 separately. Previously, it required packages for libraries that already existed in .NET 8.
