Data Augmentation in Medical Images

This repository holds the workflow to perform data augmentation using ImageDataGenerator in keras-preprocess

Data and Libraries

The data for this tutorial can be found from the NIH Clinical Center Chest X-Ray database. In this example, we only utilize the data from images_001.tar.gz, which unzips to about 5K images (~2GB). Also, we download the image labels as Data_Entry_2017_v2020.csv.
