Closing as superseded: the IDT machinery this script drives was upstreamed into T3 itself (t3/simulate/cantera_idt.py, incl. IDT sensitivity analysis) and is actively maintained there. The driver script here no longer works against current T3 (t3.simulate.cantera_IDT was renamed to cantera_idt, and get_idt_per_phi_p_condition no longer exists), and most of the diff (+72k lines across 369 files) is one-off run output (mechanisms, SA plots, out/err logs) that we now keep out of the repo. If a standalone shock-tube IDT example is wanted under Cantera/, it's best written fresh against the current T3 API. Thanks @NellyMitnik!
