이 PR은 다음과 같은 마이크로 UX (접근성) 개선 사항을 포함합니다:

1. 비동기 상태 인식 강화: submitBtn, loadDemoDataBtn, refreshEvidenceBtn, retryJobBtn 및 테이블 액션 버튼 등의 비동기 작업 시 스크린 리더에 정확한 로딩 상태를 알리기 위해 작업 중 aria-busy="true" 속성을 부여하고 작업 완료 시 이를 해제합니다.
2. 동적 테이블 접근성 향상: 테이블에 렌더링 되는 'Details', 'Status JSON', 'Open viewer' 액션 버튼에 단순히 텍스트만 렌더링하지 않고 대상 문서 이름을 포함한 명확한 aria-label (예: Details for my_document.pdf)을 부여하여 보조 기술 사용자가 명확한 액션 대상을 파악할 수 있도록 개선했습니다.
3. Palette 저널 기록: 위 접근성 적용 내역과 교훈을 .jules/palette.md에 한국어로 남겼습니다.
