Description
Closes #83. Updates the channel map ICD tests for the refactored backend, frontend, and protobuf, in which the backend processes one channel per request instead of a whole channel range.
Each
SET_IMAGE_CHANNELSrequest now covers a single channel and is answered by that channel's raster tiles, followed by aCHANNEL_MAP_FLOW_CONTROLmessage reporting the outcome. The next channel is only requested once the previous one completes.Checklist
