feat: Add support for infer_gs using command line

Issues:

• Exporting as gs_ply or gs_video are not documented
• When exporting as gs_ply or gs_video, the flat "infer_gs" must be set to true, but the CLI does not support it
• In the CLI script, "reference_view_strategy" must be "ref_view_strategy" to match API and input arguments and not throw an error

Fixes:

• feat: Add support for infer_gs using command line and document additional exporting options
• fix: Rename reference_view_strategy in CLI to match arguments
