…nnotations Part 04 of an 8-patch split of Azure#373. Adds the client-side plumbing that subsequent reconciler patches depend on. No reconciler logic yet. - pkg/common/azurefrontdoor/client.go — armcdn client bundle (Profiles, Endpoints, OriginGroups, Origins, WAFPolicies, SecurityPolicies, AFDCustomDomains) with a single constructor and unit tests exercising the wiring. - pkg/common/objectmeta/objectmeta.go — add the export-mode annotation key + PLS annotation keys used by the member serviceexport controller (PATCH 08) and helper ExtractExportModeFromServiceExport. - cmd/net-crd-installer/utils/util_test.go — expect AFD CRDs in the hub-mode CRD list (they are added by PATCH 03).
