Removes the following samples, which are no longer actively maintained or validated against current implementation guidance:
End_to_end_Solutions/GithubRepoAssistantSolution_Accelerators/Advanced_RAGSolution_Accelerators/RetailThe corresponding entries in the root
README.mdcatalog are also removed so the index only lists samples that are still maintained.These samples remain available in repository history if they need to be updated and restored later.
