  • Fail immediately when a forked repository attempts to run a workflow requiring a custom runner, instead of waiting for a timeout with the following message:

⚠️ AppKit-E8 hardware test was not run
Workflows on the private runner are restricted for security reasons.

  • Workflows triggered by users with direct access to the repository (members and collaborators) are allowed to run on the custom runner.
