Migrated from using a built-in Logos Storage node to connecting to an IPFS Kubo node running on the same host or remotely, through the Kubo API.
AnyNode (which name might change at some point) is no longer running like a node daemon but instead is running like a one-time worker whose job is to extract pmtiles files from the planet.pmtiles file using the Who's On First DB and then upload them to IPFS via a Kubo node.
