chore(release): reconcile Nano 1.0.1 after watchdog merge

Purpose

PR #29 merged to main as 9ad58f8 without its assigned package patch increment. This metadata-only follow-up records that landed patch as Nano package 1.0.1 without rewriting history or borrowing the next feature PR's version.

Scope

• bump pyproject.toml and nano.__version__ from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1
• update the exact CLI and Watchdog receipt package-version assertions
• leave Nano IR 0.1.0 and 1.0.0 contracts unchanged
• no runtime, compiler, library, or Watchdog behavior changes

Verification

• 523 passed, 2 skipped
• contribution checker: 41 entries
• independent review: GREEN
• wheel: aether_nano-1.0.1-py3-none-any.whl
• package metadata/runtime version both 1.0.1
• all 95 expected strategy assets packaged
