Free AEO + AI search readiness plugin for WordPress. Get cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
Live demo + free AI search audit: aeogodmode.io/ai-search-audit/
AEO God Mode is the open-source WordPress plugin that makes your site visible to AI search engines. It controls which AI bots can crawl you, generates the schema and structured data AI engines look for when they pick sources to cite, and runs alongside Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress and AIOSEO without conflicts.
Traditional SEO plugins optimise for Google's blue links. AEO God Mode optimises for the box at the top of every modern search result: the AI Overview. The Answer Engine. The thing your customer reads before they decide whether to click.
This repository is a public mirror of the plugin published on WordPress.org. Issues, code review and visibility live here. Installs and updates flow through WP.org so your site updates the way every other plugin does.
The supported install path is the WordPress plugin directory:
- From WP admin: Plugins → Add New → search "AEO God Mode" → Install → Activate
- From WP.org direct: wordpress.org/plugins/aeo-god-mode/ → Download → upload via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- WP-CLI:
wp plugin install aeo-god-mode --activate
The repository here is for code review, contributions and audit. Do not install from the Code → Download ZIP button if you want auto-updates.
