The Star History chart is currently broken due to upstream stargazer API restrictions, so the chart no longer renders on the README. Update the chart links to a working mirror so the repository's star history displays correctly again.

The Star History chart in the README is currently broken and no longer renders. This change points it to a working mirror that serves the chart reliably, restoring the repository's star history visualization.
