Replaced the insecure Math.random() in TrinityKeystore.getVector with Web Crypto API's cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator (CSPRNG) via getRandomValues(). Also resolved Web Crypto API dynamically to be robust against Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and non-browser Node.js/testing environments. Added JSDoc security documentation.
