Docs migration to Mintlify

This can be a good sprint for migrating the current docs from plain JSX to Mintlify 🚀

The main idea is to remove all the UI and documentation from this repository. The documentation app with all the demos can live in a different repo as well.

We can use this thread for all the discussions and questions regarding this migration. I have couple of questions/points for discussion that we can discuss for the same.

• Mintlify migration looks like a good project to start with. In terms of design it also looks really good + I am sure it will be easier to deploy and manage the docs app using it. Though, I have never worked on setting it up before. If you have worked on Mintlify before, it will be a great start for the migration.
• If you've any more suggestions like, using any other tooling such as GitBook, Docusaurus, etc. We can discuss on that too.

Also, do share any other questions/suggestions you have. After some considerate amount of clarity on both ends, I would love to assign this one to you 😊

Hello!
While I do most of my Documentation using Docasaurus, Mintilify is really good, too. I have worked with it as well, and it is much simpler than other documentation tools and has good analytics support.

We can start working on this using Mintlify only. For more clarity maybe we can do a gmeet at evening or tomorrow. Let me know :)

Sounds great @akshatvirmani This will be a great help for sure. I also love the designed of Mintlify, esp. the code blocks and accordion. Too good 😄

So, as you have worked with it already, we can surely have a meeting for this one. I was thinking to start a discussion for google meets. How do you think we should proceed? Should we schedule a meeting for discussing issues, once a week. That can be a good start right?
