| 2 | +The conduct of bingo must comply with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and the |
| 3 | +Gambling Regulation Regulations 2015. These are available for perusal in the bingo centre foyer. |

| 5 | +BINGO GAMES: |
| 6 | +• All Games of Bingo are played to a "Full House" unless otherwise specified by the caller. |
| 7 | +• If a player, on the completion of the announcement of a number which entitles the player to declare himself or herself a winner to the supervisor, fails to do so, the player is taken to have forfeited the prize in that game. |
| 8 | +• The Supervisors' decision is final. |
| 9 | +• If an incorrect number is announced, that incorrect announcement, for the purpose of determining the winner of a Bingo game, is taken not to have been made. |
| 10 | +• If 2 or more Players win a Bingo game, they share the prize as joint winners. |
| 11 | +• If the Caller and/or the Supervisor become aware that an error has been made in the calling and/or displaying of the numbers, he or she must immediately make an announcement correcting the error. |
| 12 | +• No persons under the age of 18 years, are permitted to play Bingo at anytime. School age children may sit with their parent/s during the daytime on a Saturday and days when the school is not in operation. No persons under the age of 18 years are permitted in the centre after 6pm. |
| 13 | +• It is the players' responsibility to play the correct ticket according to the information displayed on the display boards. |
| 14 | +• Rolling Jackpots and all games of $1,000 and above will be paid to the winner by cheque. Player must provide photographic identification. |

| 16 | +BEHAVIOUR / CONDUCT: |
| 17 | +• Mobile Telephones are to be on silent during Bingo games. |
| 18 | +• The minimum requirement of play for all players is 2 consecutive main sessions. This must include the first main session of the day/night (11:15am / 7:15pm). To play the snowball session, you must then play 2 main sessions. |
| 19 | +• At management discretion, the minimum spend per person required at Ticket Sales, upon entry, is $20 per person. |
| 20 | +• Seats may only be reserved up until 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the first main session. This includes reservations on the Fixed Base PET machines. |
| 21 | +• All patrons are to be respectful of the comfort of others by remaining quiet during all Bingo games. |
| 22 | +• Smokers are required to smoke behind the yellow lines - away from the front entrance. |

| 24 | +ELECTRONIC BINGO: |
| 25 | +• All patrons playing Electronic Bingo must be a rewards member. The membership card must be shown to purchase electronic tickets. |
| 26 | +• Only one PET per person is allowed, and one membership card per person per machine. |
| 27 | +• It is the Players responsibility to alert the Supervisor if they have a problem/fault with their PET and if required the Supervisor will stop the game. |
| 28 | +• All rules pertaining to the game of Bingo apply to players who are playing electronic tickets, including the player declaring himself or herself as a winner and verification by the Supervisor. |
| 29 | +• Electronic maximums have been set to 10% of tickets in play. |
| 30 | +• The minimum electronic purchase is 3 tickets in 2 consecutive sessions. At the discretion of management, specials and some sessions will have a higher electronic minimum. |

| 32 | +GENERAL: |
| 33 | +• It is the responsibility of the player to check tickets and change prior to leaving the Ticket Sales area, as refunds and exchanges will not be permitted. Managements accepts NO responsibility once a player has left Ticket Sales. |
| 34 | +• Due to Liquor Licensing rules and Health regulations, Food or Beverages are not to be brought onto the premises. |
| 35 | +• Due to seating restrictions on some sessions, patrons must be playing either electronic bingo, paper bingo, or both to remain in the hall. |
| 36 | +• Package discounts are applied as 1 per person. Splitting packages, either electronic or Paper is not permitted. |
| 37 | +• The rewards membership allows patrons to earn points at Ticket Sales. Membership cards are not to be shared. |
| 38 | +• The Fountain Gate Bingo Code of conduct is displayed in the foyer and must be adhered to by all patrons. |
| 39 | +• Foul language, impoliteness and/or disrespect and abuse of another player will result in the said person being asked to leave the premises. |
| 40 | +• Games, prizes and payouts are subject to change without notice. |
| 41 | +• Management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason. All decisions made by Management are final. |
