Sticky notifications

Hi, is it possible to create a sticky notification?
Imagine my app has a timer that needs to be stopped by the user.
I want a sticky notification saying "the timer is running" so that the user does not forget to come back into the app and stop the timer.
Is this possible with this library?

Yes, iOS does not support persistent (Ongoing) notifications
