Initial Grid Position

Thank you so much for sharing this project. It really helped us learn and get a good perspective of your research publication about active slam.
But we are facing issues to link the base links. Also by

BEFORE EXECUTING COMMAND 3, we need to setup the initial approximate grid position of the bot by trial and error method. This step could have been improved but still works reasonably for small maps

We do not understand what this exactly means. Can you please help us here ?
