The Missing Manuel? and Roadmap?

this project sounds really really interesting and would loved to jump in and use.

I am unforchantly pretty new to having a need to use GIT LTS so don't 100% know the workflow.

1. how to deploy to cloudflare (that looks pretty simple)
2. how does security work here? I assume we don't want randoms to have ability to push objects to our bucket unless they have write access to repo, so can we whitelist, but open to explaination here.
3. do you have a roadmap on what you'd like to add, and/or what features are missing?

would prefer to have a some correspondence first to know the project is still alive, but maybe something I can contribute back to help as well?

Hey there! This was a pretty quick prototype (+ incomplete) to test the viability of the idea. It does work in theory.

You would auth via your own scheme - http basic or headers is standard pattern. It would depend if you wanted it to work with GitHub as a LFS backend or standalone host.

We don't have any current plans to pick this project up but might revisit in the future. I'd recommend checking out https://github.com/jasonwhite/rudolfs/ for reference of LFS backed by object storage.
