feat: add st and stat aliases for issue status subcommand

Adds `"st"` and `"stat"` entries to the issue subcommand alias map in
`@subcommand_aliases`, alongside the existing `"s"` alias. All three
now resolve to the canonical `status` subcommand before Optimus parses
the argv, so `lc i st`, `lc i stat`, and `lc issue status` are all
equivalent.

Tests: normalization unit assertions for both new aliases in cli_test,
plus end-to-end dispatch tests (st and stat) in issue_commands_test
mirroring the existing s-alias dispatch test.
