[Bug]: xAI doesnt work in t3code when used via Opencode

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect xAI as a provider
2. Open OC in that directory with a Hi
3. Then open the same directory in t3code and send a hi there too
4. You will see it creashes and doesnt work.

Expected behavior

It should work as it does in the opencode CLI.

Actual behavior

Gives an Error and doesn't work even if i open the same session via Terminal, it doesn't respond, but if do /new and try, it works.

Blocks work completely

Workaround

Just use Opencode directly or try with xAI CLI (haven't tried)
