examples/team: add a redacted Google deploy lockfile (receipt of the live Vertex deploy)

Shows the shape agentlift writes after deploy --target google. Values are
redacted (first 3-4 chars only) to keep the real GCP project + reasoningEngine
IDs out of the public repo.
