Auto Insert+Snapping not working 5.5

I had the plugin auto insert+snapping working fine. I must have been on older version because it didn't have the arrows at the end of the lines, but after updating it. Then the auto insert and snapping is no longer working. Very unfortune, any help would be appriciated. Also Auto Connect does still work. Also only have 2 syles now straight and curves. no corner style.

The weird part is it works on my main project but on my new project is where its not working, both version are 1.8.3. Also when disabled it still shows the lines with the arrows. Pretty bizzare.

I Figured it out. If you have Electronic Nodes Plugin you MUST disable "Use Hot Patch" and everything will work right as long as you have a hotkey to toggle master activate for "Electronic Nodes" as they cannot be used at the same time, which is quite sad as that would be such a nice feature as there.
