We currently build backends for CPU, CUDA and Metal for audio-cpp, it would be nice if this included ROCM

Describe alternatives you've considered
It would be awesome to be able to use AMD hardware with this, https://github.com/0xShug0/audio.cpp says it support it.

I’m picking this up. I’ll add ROCm coverage for the audio.cpp backend using the existing backend build conventions, validate the matrix/configuration, and open a PR that closes this issue.
