My Server wont launch for more than 3 secs and it doesnt have an error when or why it turns off? were all locked out of the world after updating to 26.2

Describe the bug

updated the server version to 26.2 and the server decided to just not launch after our regular restart upon hitting the launch button in the browser it launchess for 3 secs then shuts itself off and gives no consoles errors or messages as to why we are curently locked out of our server
