[Bug] WeChat login succeeds but Phone page shows no connected device or disconnect action

Description

After a successful WeChat login, the Phone page does not show any connected-device information or connection status. There is also no available action to disconnect the logged-in WeChat device/account.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the WeChat login flow.
2. Complete the login successfully.
3. Navigate to or return to the Phone page.

Actual behavior

• No connected device is displayed.
• No connection status or device details are shown.
• There is no way to disconnect the active WeChat session.

Expected behavior

After login succeeds, the Phone page should show the connected WeChat device/account and its current status, and provide a Disconnect action.
