feat: improve assessment configuration

As an engineer I would like to be able to configure the assessment phase with all the data fields that I need.
CLI tell me to review the setting below but does offer me a way to do that. The only option offered is "Continue". In this run I chose a Java & a Node application to be assessed, so there is no reason to display information about .NET and no information about Node/JavaScript at all.
