Film strip library tab collapse messes up UI formatting

Windows 11, V0.47, 1440P monitor. When collapsing the new film strip library tab, it moves the rest of the UI on that side with it. I also don't have the library drop down tab option (not sure if that was apart of the update or not?).

you need to first initialize the library (book icon)

Thank you for explaining that, that makes more sense. However the formatting issue still occurs when the film strip tab is collapsed.

It's fixed on main branch, will be in next numbered release
