Novel Fire Plugin - "Chapter is empty" error, requires multiple app restarts to load

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open LN Reader with Novel Fire plugin enabled
2. Go to any novel in your library
3. Attempt to read a chapter (especially during nighttime hours)
4. See error message: "Chapter is empty. Please click on web view to view the chapter..."
5. Close the app completely
6. Reopen and try again
7. Repeat steps 5-6 several times until chapter eventually loads

Expected Behavior

Chapters should load immediately on first attempt, regardless of time of day.

Actual Behavior

Chapters fail to load with "empty" error, requiring 2-5 app restarts before working.
