Link doesn't work if rewritten runs in subdomain

The link display in rewritten points always to http://rewritten-url/pretty_url/

but if rewritten runs under http://rewritten.url.com the links should point to http://url.com/pretty_url instead of http://rewritten.url.com/pretty_url
