Someone submitting in online ebookmaker probably wouldn't have a *** START line, would they? Would it work if they add that line at the top of a text file that has no *** START line?

I always wondered why our Finland submtiters had "language: Finnish" at the start of their text files. The *** START line gets added before it, and the tag shows in the resulting files.

It might be a good enhancement to remove it during conversion.

I'm not sure why Roger and Greg wanted to remove the "gutenberg headers" from the source files. Nor do I know what recommendation was changed or where.
