De-fork

Is it worth de-forking our solution from govhack-science.github.io, since our solution has diverged a lot now, and wouldn't be merged back into the downstream repo?

One thing this solves would be confusion when doing PR's because Github defaults the PR into govhack-science.

Of course we'd maintain a readme.md reference to the original govhack-science project!

Sounds like a no brainer. Added bonus IMO, it's easier down the track to rebase govhack-science to use us as a master (where they become a domain specific version of a core platform, as no doubt the GLAM sector will and potentially other specialist "hacks" like local gov ones?)
