A couple of questions.
Can a game which i started like 2 weeks ago be submitted?
The code and the project of the game must be "Libre" (Open Source) ?

Hi,

Unfortunately submitting a game that you started 2 weeks ago would be frowned upon by the judges. All of the code should be open source (licensed however you like), but it's perfectly fine to use closed source / commercial engines and libraries in your project.
