Thanks for the submission. A few things need sorting before this can become a PR.

The soul describes "Panda Radio", but the persona is named Smertya. The prose never mentions Smertya and reads more like a station blurb than a DJ character. Which one did you mean? The slug, on-air name, and soul all need to agree.

Two smaller fixes:

• Slug must be lowercase: smertya-am, not Smertya-AM.
• About a third of the soul is a list of things the DJ never does (no insults, no hate, no drama). That's handled already, so drop it and spend those characters on the character.

On that last point: a soul works best when it says what the DJ does on air. Compare saffron-am: "leaves a beat and moves on", "talks to one listener at a time, never 'everyone out there'". Those give the model something to perform. "Neon lights, lo-fi static, electric dreams" doesn't.

You've set the on-air language to Russian, so it's worth putting some of that into the character too rather than leaving the field to carry it alone.
