I am contacting you urgently regarding a transaction from my Aperture wallet that I did NOT authorize or initiate.
I did not approve this payment, I did not send the funds, and I did not give anyone permission to access or transfer my money. I need this transaction investigated immediately.
This money is extremely important to me and was intended for an urgent family medical expense. I am asking Aperture to please:
- Immediately investigate the unauthorized transaction.
