Garmin rate limiting

No matter how long one waits, when testing or downloading from Garmin, this is the msg one gets.

There is nothing I can do about that. You have to wait several hours for the rate limitation to go away.

Ok I see, I've tested yesterday end of the day, and today so couple of hours!

Trying to connect via website it allows me to login, by receiving the token via email.
Via mobile the token never reach my mobile.
Probably same problem on there end.
However using email I get token, and able to login on Garmin website.
On the app, however I always get the rate limit.
Will try today end of the day again.

I've always the rate limit issues.
Not measure is uploaded to Garmin.
Don't know if this app issues or not.
