Missing scripts/contributors.js file

Describe the bug
The file contributors.js is not found in the codebase. without it contributors cannot add their profile to the contribution list. I also found out that you need to generate the contributor list, but there is no documentation fo that.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'script folder'
2. Click on it.
3. Look into the files under the folder
   Expected behavior
   With the absence of the contributiors.js file the cannot load the card of the contributors/ unitl the generate-cards.sh is ran.
