The current quasiraw pipeline is adapted for T1w images only. A large portion of MRI datasets also contain T2w/FLAIR contrasts and there is a priori no bottlneck in applying the same pipline to these contrasts too (with small adjustments on the template used for registration).
It would be nice to handle this case in the quasi-raw pipeline.
