I'd like this written out as a dual-item with a standard process for conversations alongside a website/compliance policy for the Syndicate's implementation of the TIP.
My ideas locally are to draw a big X across the face of certificates before using my nice shredder. The mail policy can forward unopened items directly to my address, as I've been fingerprinted.
More broadly, we should use the basis contemplated in blocktransfer/website#4 (comment) which does not request past items. I see no safety concerns in letting investors hold onto their antiques, as it's been clear with the Laylor investors and community certificate additional docs that the collectability is a main draw despite economic worthlessness.
